Conger LP Gas April/May Cooking Classes

Conger LP Gas is excited to continue cooking classes in our new Wolf and Sub-Zero demonstration kitchen with The Italian Wooden Spoon and Hugh Hardy of Carroll’s Sausage & Country Store in April and May. Chef Laura of The Italian Wooden Spoon will have 3 classes in April and May. The first being our first morning class on April 24 from 10:30-12:30 on Mushroom Risotto. Her next class is on May 7th from 6:30-9:00 and will be fun for Meatball Lovers and her final class in May will be on May 29 from 6:30-9:00 and will be her most hands-on class yet making homemade pasta. Hugh Hardy of Carroll’s Sausage and Country Store will be doing another live taping of his “Cooking with Hugh” TV show for WALB on Thursday, May 2 at 6 pm. Hugh will be preparing some great recipes including: Carroll’s Grilled Ribeye & Marinade, Carroll’s Smoked Chops & Cheesy Macaroni, Hugh’s Stuffed Chicken Breast, & Hugh’s Green Bean Casserole with Roasted Red Peppers. You’ll see the behind-the-scenes taping of his TV show, take home one of the products Hugh uses, and a Conger LP Gas apron. Tickets for Hugh’s class are only $30.
