Conger LP Gas names Kirsten McAlpin its communications director

Tifton, Ga – Kirsten McAlpin has been named the new communications director for Conger LP Gas. She brings to Conger years of experience in public relations, advertising and social media strategy. McAlpin will be overseeing advertising, media relations, social media and will be working one-on-one with staff and customers to promote Conger LP Gas.
McAlpin was born and raised in Ty Ty, Georgia. For many years she was known for her singing and performing and in 2012 she discovered her love of radio. Kirsten spent six years as a radio personality and assistant program director most notably with iHeartMedia in Georgia on Albany’s B100 WOBB, Columbus’ South 106.1 WSTH, and Atlanta’s 94.9 The Bull WRBL. While she was a radio personality Kirsten became a spokesperson for Conger LP Gas on her show and became further interested in the company and the propane industry. Kirsten’s husband, Austin McAlpin, is the president of McAlpin Entertainment, a booking agency and concert promotion company, and Kirsten enjoys assisting with the shows and supporting his events held in the Southeast.

Conger LP Gas is one of the largest independent propane companies in south Georgia. The company has three locations in Tifton, Sylvester and Vidalia.
